I currently am a dual resident in Missouri and Oklahoma I . I am a freelance paralegal with experience in Family law and Disability. I also work within the Hispanic community advocating for immigration reform. I find that once in the United States, many Hispanic women file for divorce. I prepare many divorce documents for them for various reasons. For many people, the system fails because of lack of funds to obtain an attorney or simply not knowing their rights. I am not an attorney, but provide a list of attorneys based on their needs. If they simply need documents prepared or filed, then I do that as well. There are not many differences in Missouri and Oklahoma family law. How effective the child support services are varied and naturally the formula differs somewhat. Often the cultural changes can have a dramatic effect on their family as a whole.
