SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
On Thursday, the Annual NDFLBBA Golf Tournament will be held at the Hilton Sandestin. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting Ed Rude, Tournament Coordinator, at 850-222-2311.
That evening, a cocktail reception for Seminar attendees will be held on Wood Deck West at 6:00 p.m.
The Seminar will begin at 8:30 on Friday morning. Scheduled presentation topics include professionalism (Walter Kelley, Esq.), current Chapter 11 issues (Steven Ford, Esq.), the United States Trustee’s Office (Charles Edwards, Esq. and Don Walton, Esq.), the NDFL Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office (Bill Blevins), and a case law update (James Sorenson, Esq.).
During the lunch break, the Annual Membership Meeting of the NDFLBBA will be conducted. The afternoon will conclude with a panel discussion by local Trustees and a presentation by the Judges presiding over bankruptcy cases filed in the Northern District of Florida.
