Florida Certified Paralegal workshop and exam October 10 and 11




The University of Central Florida Department of Criminal Justice and Legal Studies and the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., will present the Florida Certified Paralegal Workshop October 10 and the FCP exam October 11.

Experts in Florida law will deliver up-to-date information in a comprehensive, in-depth study session prior to the administration of the FCP exam. Topics include estate planning/probate/trust administration; dissolution of marriage; contract law and business organizations; Florida court system; real estate; Florida Rules of Civil Procedure; ethics; and criminal law.

The National Association of Legal Assistants have approved the workshop for 8 CLE credits, including one hour of ethics.

The workshop fees are $125 for PAF members and $150 for nonmembers.
