Good morning, everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Tracy, I live in Raleigh, NC, and work with a small commercial collections and construction firm called Sprouse & Kurtz. I attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, and NC State University for my degree in Political Science, and received my AA in Paralegal Studies from Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington. I became certified through NALA in 2007, and then Advanced Certified in Discovery this past January.
I primarily work on obtaining and collecting on judgments, placing liens on real property, and tracking down deadbeats -:) but I’m very much interested in many other areas of practice, so I’ll be blogging on whatever I come across that’s noteworthy. There’s a lot going on in North Carolina right now, so be prepared!
